Dakota Broasted
Broasted chicken: a healthy, delicious alternative to deep fried chicken! Dakota Broasted does broasted chicken and does it well! If you love chicken, you’ll love it here. Skogen, meaning “the forest” in Norwegian, is the perfect name for this family owned and operated restaurant. The chef-driven menu features Norwegian-inspired dishes with a California flare (the owners, Joseph & Eliza Raney, are California transplants). Try the Muscovy Duck Leg for a real treat!
